What kind of wax do you use?

We use 100% responsibly sourced soy wax. We are also exploring beeswax for future products.

What kind of wick do you use?

Our current candles use braided cotton wicks.

How long does an 8oz candle burn?

Our 8oz candles typically burn for about 40–50 hours when cared for properly.

Are the vessels handmade?

Yes. We design and pour our concrete vessels in-house using our own molds, then seal them with a VOC-free, vegan, compostable, made-in-USA sealant.

Do you offer custom engraving?

Yes. Select candles can include custom laser engraving, and larger custom projects may include logos, event names, verses, or custom lid options.

Where are your candles made?

We make and pack our candles in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

How fast do orders ship?

Most ready-to-ship candles are packed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Custom and bulk orders require a longer lead time depending on the project.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review it and do our best to make it right.
