Returns and refunds

We want you to feel cared for when you order from Made New Candles. Because candles are handmade and used in the home, returns are handled case by case.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition for a return to be considered.

Custom orders

Custom engraved, personalized, and bulk/event orders are generally final sale once production has begun, unless there is an error or damage that is our responsibility.

Damaged items

If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
