Made New Candles are hand-poured, packed, and shipped from Saint Paul, Minnesota. Most ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 1–4 business days.

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship candles: usually 1–4 business days
• Custom or bulk orders: timeline confirmed before purchase
• Holiday or high-volume seasons may require extra time

Shipping and tracking

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not shipped yet.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
